ReturnsIf you received an item that is damaged or faulty then please contact us and we will arrange for it to be returned and we will always replace the item providing it is still available. If an item has been damaged during the shipping process we will arranged for it to be returned to us and we will replace the item for you. If you have ordered the wrong cd or have order the wrong format, ie vinyl instead of cd, then you will need to email us and beg us in the best way possible and in most cases we will take the item back provided it is still in brand new condition. You will be liable for any postage costs in returning the item though. If you dont like the item that you ordered. We are sorry to say that we can no longer take back items that you dont like after ordering. Apologies for this but due to people copying items and sending them back or listening to them a few times and sending them back in a used condition, we cannot accept them anymore. |
